Prior to your function we will discuss the menu options you want to offer to your guests. Once everybody has been seated there will be a choice for each of the courses. We generally offer a choice of two soups or two entrées, three mains and three desserts, but all of these options can be discussed beforehand. A sample menu is shown below.

Complimentary coffee and a selection of teas to follow
